Unless otherwise indicated on the event, registration cancellations must be received at least 3 business days prior to the start of the workshop or course for a refund to be issued. i4PL has made commitments to the facilitator and vendors; therefore registrants who cancel less than 3 business days before the event or do not attend the event will be billed for the full fee, regardless of payment method.
