Learner profiles are living, breathing tools that provide insight into a learner’s readiness, preferences, beliefs, passions, and learning experiences. They help the learner identify where they are coming from and where they are going.
During this session, participants will explore the four dimensions of a learner profile, along with effective strategies to leverage the development and use of the profile to communicate learning with others.
