Forum attendees can access a special group rate for Courtyard Milwaukee Downtown, which is located on the same block of The Avenue and Third Street Market Hall in the heart of downtown.

Reservations for the group rate must be made by Friday, September 6, 2024. Any reservations made after the cutoff date will not be able to utilize the discounted group rate. After September 6, guests will be offered the best available rate of the day based upon availability. Rates are subject to change.
Booking online is highly encouraged, but attendees can book over the phone by identifying themselves as part of the i4PL 2024 Forum group. The Front Desk can be reached at 414-291-4122 ext. 3. To book shoulder dates, make adjustments or ask questions regarding group reservations, please contact the Sales Department (414-291-4122 ext. 2).
Parking: There is a parking garage attached to the hotel at the rate of $22.00 per day for each vehicle. Please check in prior to parking. The front desk will provide you with parking garage access using a QR code that will be sent to your cell phone. Parking garage is accessible from the 3rd, 4th or 5th floor with use of your guest room key.
Cancellations: Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Any cancellations made after the 48-hour deadline will incur a one night room and tax charge.
No Show Policy: No-show guests will be billed for one night plus tax to the form of payment identified as the guaranteed payment, and the reservation will be cancelled for any remaining nights.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Early check in and late check out requests are not guaranteed. An early departure charge for one night plus tax applies.
